Retired Professor of Art at Emporia State University for many years. Rex Hall, who taught at ESU from 1960 to 1985 and was Art Department Chair proficient in many artistic medias calling his work a "private affair" yet made it public through Art Education. When Rex Hall died in 2004, his family endeavored to honor him by sharing his work and benefiting education, creating the "Rex and Ann Hall Family Art Scholarship Fund" for Art Education students at Emporia State.
