After a two and a half year courageous battle with breast cancer, Barbara passed away on April 2nd. Barbara was born in Salt Lake City to James and Mary Riley. She graduated from Granite High School, where she met and stayed in touch with many special friends throughout the years.
Barbara is survived by Will, her husband and best friend for 30 years. Her son, Jeff (Angelic) Luker; granddaughter, Marguita; grandson, Jesse; and great-granddaughter, Nevaeh; brother, Jim (Virginia) Riley; of New Mexico; sister, Karen (Charles) Hill, Orlando, FL; her cousin and very good friend, Kathy Smith; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Brent Riley Barbara is already greatly missed by her animals: dogs, Grace and Rosie; and cats, Peach and Boomer. At Barbara's request she will be cremated with no viewing or services. A wake will be held at her home on Saturday, April 11th after 6 p.m. Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to: Susan G Komen for the Cure, P.O. Box 522320, Salt Lake City, UT 84152.
