He was vice president & general manager of KXGI radio in Fort Madison, IA. In Ft Madison, he was president of the Rotary Club & the Chamber of Commerce. He was active in the Republican Party & was a radio commentator.He had one child, Otto M Finger III and one granddaughter, Rebecca S Finger. His parents were Otto M & Rose Johnson Finger, Sr. He was a member of Trintiy Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau, MO.
