MRS. ANNIE HELMAN
Wife of John W. Helman of 2027
Sixth avenue, died at her home at
7 o'clock this morning after an extended
illness. She was born in
Fredericksburg on Feb. 24, 1877, a
daughter of John and Rachael
(Shank) Rhodes, but had resided
in Altoona for the past
50 years. Surviving are her husband,
one son and one daughter,
Mrs. Ernest Pheasant of the
city and Craig Helman of Charleroi;
three grandchildren, two
great - grandchildren, one brother
and one sister, Charles Rhodes and
Mrs. Fanny Weiser, both of Philadelphia.
Mrs. Helman was a member
of the Faith tabernacle. Friends
may call at the Laflerty funeral
home -after noon Sunday.

HELMAN—Funeral services for Mrs.
Annie Helman, 2527 Sixth avenue, will
be held at the funeral home of John P.
Lafferty Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock
In charge of Rev. Philip G. Foster.
Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery.
Friends are being received at the funeral
home of John P. Lafferty.
