Ole V Olson, 77, passed away last Wednesday afternoon after a long seige of illness at his home on N. Hugh street, where he and his wife have lived for near 20 years. He suffered a stroke about four years ago and had been in failing health since then and for the past six months his condition has been very critical at times.

Mr. Olson was born in Stavanger, Norway, May 26, 1863, and came to America in 1885. On November 19, 1887, he was married to Mary Omundson. To this union three children were born, Mrs. Enga Heidenreich of Racine, Wis.; Oscar Olson of Aurora, and Mrs. Emma Beane of Pontiac, Mich., all of whom with Mrs. Olson, five grandchildren and eight great granchildren mourn his passing. There is also one sister, Amelia, still living in Norway.

Funeral Services were held at 2 o'clock Saturday Afternoon at the Cooper Funeral Home, with Rev. A R. Molldream of the Lutheran Church in Charge.

Arthur Nelson sang appropriate hymns, accompanied by Mrs. Charles Bogardus, and burial was in the Plano Cemetery.

Friends who acted as pallbearers were Peter Olson, Charles Wessman, Joe Maeir, Henry Eckman, Chris Olson and Howard Layton.
