1/22/1926 to 2/7/2004 Carpenter's Union Local 87 Age 78. Preceded in death by parents, George & Anna; brothers, Joe, Mike, Tony and George; sisters, Anna, Mae & Helen. Loving husband of Xelma (nee QUEEN). Dear caring father of Connie Robilliard (Walter) and Patti Wald; grandchildren, Nathan and Amber Wald; brother-in-law, Bill Queen (Sandy) of Huson, MT; sister-in-law, Mary Queen; many nieces and nephews; and sister, Martha Karstad. Bob served in the US Army (Calvary) in WWII. He was one of the last regiments trained on horseback. He was a skilled carpenter for 40 years in the Twin City Metro. Area from Multi-Storied Bldgs. to Master Finishing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and gardening. Bob was a dedicated familyman, member of the Carapenter's Union, Cross Lutheran Church, American Legion & No. St. Paul Historical Society. Special thank you to doctors: Richard Guiton, Patrick Wright, Chris Foley & Omar Tveten; the staff at Woodwinds Clinic & Hospital and the staff at Maplewood Care Center. Memorial Service Mon. 2/16/04, 11AM at CROSS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1945 Prosperity Rd., Maplewood, with visitation 1 hour before service. Private interment at National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Cross Lutheran Church, North St. Paul Historical Society, or Bethesda Lung Rehab.
