Frank David Ebey died Friday, July 13, 1984, at his residence in Baton Rouge. He was 67, a native of Norwood; and a disabled U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Survived by wife, Katie Hill Ebey, Baton Rouge; three daughters, Jousie Ebey Keene, Dollzia Ferguson and Lila Waggoner, all of Baton Rouge; two sons, Dwayne and Michael Ebey, both of Baton Rouge; three sisters, Leona Ebey and Margaret Beard, both of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Fannie Belle Dedon, Louisville, Texas; 11 grandchildren.
