Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, October 3, 2012, Mrs. Mary Louise Moore, 56, wife of Mr. Keith Anthony Moore.
Mrs. Moore was born in Pittsburgh, PA and resided in Augusta, GA. She was a member of Advent Lutheran Church of Augusta. Mrs. Moore was a homemaker. She was a giving, generous, a nurturing person. Mrs. Moore was a happy, festive person who enjoyed hosting people for the holidays.
Family members in addition to her spouse include sons Louis Anthony Moore of Atlanta, Justin David Moore of Augusta; daughter Emily Jean Volk of Virginia Beach; and her loving companion Max.
A memorial service will be held Monday, October 8, 2012 at 5:00 P.M. at Advent Lutheran Church with Rev. Earl Schafer officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the church in the fellowship hall.

Mary Louise (Laughery) Moore, 56, wife of Keith Anthony Moore, went to live with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012. She was born Oct. 1, 1956, a daughter of the late Clyde Laughery and Louise (Kubli) Laughery. Mrs. Moore was born in Natrona Heights, and resided in Augusta, Ga. She was a 1975 graduate of Highlands Senior High School. She was a member of Advent Lutheran Church of Augusta. Mrs. Moore was a homemaker, who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a giving, generous and a nurturing person. In addition to her husband, survivors include a daughter, Emily Volk, of Virginia; two sons, Louis Moore, of Atlanta, Ga., and Justin Moore, of Augusta, Ga.; her loving pet companion, Max; and siblings, Don (Anita) Laughery, of Harrisburg, Carol Degman and companion, Richard Shaner, of Creekside, and Robert (Donna) Laughery, of Leechburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Daniel Laughery and her twin, Martin Lee Laughery. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, in Faith Lutheran Church with the Rev. Barbara Ravenstahl officiating. A private burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Cemetery in Lower Burrell. The family respectfully requests only adults attend the burial.
