Funeral services for Charles H. Langohr who was a Baltimore policeman and a racetrack security officer will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Kent Island United Methodist Church.
Mr. Langohr who was 75 and lived in Chester, died yesterday at St. Agnes Hospital after a long illness.
He lived in Baltimore while serving on the city police force from 1933 until 1963 and then worked as a security officer for the Maryland Horsebreeders Association at various tracks in the state.
Born in Baltimore he was a graduate of City College.
A memeber of the Latrobe Lodge of the Masons, he belonged to the Kent Island Yacht Club as well as the Island Idlers and the American Association of Retired Persons.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years the former Anna M. Stipek; two daughters, Shirley A. Delosier of Catonsville and June Grace Pringle of Chester, and sister Grace Hood, of Slidell, La. and six grandchildren.
