Mr. Dennis Cleveland Browning of Bullock, NC died Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the age of 84. Mr. Browning was born in Durham, NC on October 11, 1925 to the late Arthur and Lucy Bowes Wiggins Browning. He was a retired tobacco processor at American Tobacco Co. and was a US Army veteran of WW II.
Survivors include a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Elslie McCorkle and Ethel Lassiter; and two brothers, Alton Browning and William "Buddy" Browning.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 10 at 2:00 Pm at Brooks Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Browning Family cemetery.
