I knew Manuel since we were children, living in Arizona. We were classmates, he also had a twin sister. When we moved from Arizona to California, his family moved to Delano, California. Manuel was a resident of Wasco at the time of his death.
The last time I saw Manuel was a few months ago at our church, I spoke to him and he looked great. I had not seen him at church since then. Apparently soon after he started experiencing pain, went to his doctor and was told he had cancer, it was to late to help him.
Manuel was a very nice person, came from a good family. He will be missed by many. May God Bless Manuel and his family he left behind.
