Anne M. Colanero,76 of Gibbstown died Tuesday October 31 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Miss Colanero was born in Paulsboro and graduated from Paulsboro High School Class of 1947. After school she went to work for J. Graham Chesney Insurance and Realtors Paulsboro. Miss Colanero then worked for several insurance firms in Newark and she helped open other offices in New Brunswick. In 1964 she returned to the Paulsboro area and she went to work for Exxon. Miss Colanero retired in 1986 after 22 years of service as a Secretary.
She was a member of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church Gibbstown and she enjoyed traveling in the United States and throughout Europe. Miss Colanero enjoyed helping others.
She is survived by her family; Don D. Colanero of Woodstown Mary Robertson of Marlton John Colanero of Paulsboro 11 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.
Miss Colanero was predeceased by her parents Stefano and Serafina Colanero and her sister Angela DiPietro.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Saturday November 4 2006 in St. Michael's R.C. Church Memorial Avenue Gibbstown.
Relatives and Friends may call Saturday morning after 9 AM in the church until time of Mass.
Entombment Eglington Mausoleum Clarksboro.
