Frank "Ross" Fullmer 6/16/1923~12/12/2009 Ross, age 86, passed away at his home on December 12, 2009. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 16, 1923 to Jessie and John Ross Fullmer. Ross joined the Navy in January 1941. During World War II he participated in many battles. He was a proud member of the Utah Chapter of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. Survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Gary (Tami), Delores Killpack, George (Rox Anne), Pat (Randy) Hall, Mike (Gail), Scott (Kristi), Andy, Jesse (Chris), Shirl (Amber); 25 grand-children; 20 great-grand children. Preceded in death by his parents, son, James Thomas, grandson, Clark Ross, and brothers, Melvin and John. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2009 1:00 p.m. at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends may visit with the family from 11:30a.m. until 12:45p.m. prior to the services.
