Born May 8, 1923, Athens County, son of the late Leslie and Inez V. Evans Barber, he was married to Rhea Evans Barber, who survives.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, Nelsonville.
Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville.
Military graveside services will be conducted by the Combined Color Guard Unit.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
