Graveside services for Myrtle Wolf, 93, will be hild at 1 p.m. Saturday in Chico Cemetery. She died Thursday in a local convalescent hospital. Mrs. Wolf was born June 6, 1894, to Sheffer and Grace {Mauck} Anthony in Athens, Clark County, Missouri, where she was reared. On June 5, 1920, she married Robert Lee Wolf in Chicago, Wayne County, Illinois. In 1948, they moved to California, settling in Barstow, where they owned and operated a restaurant and motel. Mrs. Wolf was the assistant manager, bookkeeper and cook. In 1961, they moved to Orland, Glenn County, California. In 1964, they moved to Chico, Butte County, California, where they spent the remainder of their lives. Survivors include a son, Donald Lee Wolf, also, of Chico, California; three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Her husband died in 1971. A brother, Ernest, died in 1938, and another brother, Frank died in 1986. The Rev. Charles Barnes will conduct the service. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Fund in care of Hall-Van Hook Funeral Chapel which is handling all of the arrangements.
