Born of parents William I. Herbine and Ida May Hileman, Albert married Mary Beatrice Faust in 1925 and had 2 children and 5 grandchildren. He was a WWI Vet serving as a 2nd Lieutenant Infantry 14th Co 4th BN. He was also the founder of the Berwick VFW.
Memorial written by B-I-L Emanuel W. Faust:

We who knew him and loved him too,
Will never forget him, nor would you.
Honesty, kindness, and faith were his goals,
The late Frederick A. Herbine lives in our souls.

A magnificent man so tall and erect
In his hair, a slight touch of silver, we recollect.
It made him even more distinguished and placed him apart,
From all other men, for his was greatness of heart.

He loved every moment of life with it's sorrow and pain,
Always smiling, he would never complain.
Even though long days of toil, struggle and strain,
He would say, "Look for the rainbow after the rain".

He loved all the beauty of the mountains and streams,
To just be a part of them, these were his dreams.
No greed for power or wealth ever entered his mind,
He just wanted to be a man, sincere, loyal and kind.

No, we never will forget hat he once was a part,
Of happy days, and shared a part of every heart.
And though he is now sharing heaven with God and angels too,
We will always remember for we loved him true.
