In 1952, Audrie married the love of her life, Tom Cameron of Ayr, ND. Tom and Audrie farmed grain and livestock together with Audrie keeping books. They raised and educated five children: Christine, Donald, Leslie, Maureen, and William.
Audrie was active in her church; serving as an elder, Sunday school teacher and superintendent, and working with the women's group. Audrie was a substitute teacher and tutor. She served for a short time as superintendent of the Ayr Public School. Audrie was a 4-H leader, treasurer of the Ayr Centennial Committee, and served on the township board elections.

Audrie's family wishes to thank the staff of Arthur Good Samaritan Center for their loving care of Audrie and their gracious service to Audrie and her family. They would also like to thank Hospice of Red River Valley for their steps to ensure her last days were comfortable.
Above all, Audrie loved being a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. She loved being a homemaker. She loved her husband more than life. Audrie loved the Lord and she taught her family about Him by word and actions. Her Faith was unwavering. Audrie was bright and brave, loving and giving, a teacher and a mentor, so gentle and so incredibly strong. We were very lucky to have her bless our lives. She will be deeply missed.
