KURT S. ANDRIST, age 55 of Lakeville was born January 16, 1949 in Fort Wayne, Indiana and passed away May 28, 2004 in Lakeville, Minnesota.

Kurt served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He married Lynn Landisch in 1971 and had a son, Chad. The couple divorced. He lived for a time in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kurt was employed for 16 years at Quad Graphics in Minneapolis.

He was preceded in death by his father, James E. Andrist and is survived by his mother LaRayne Kellar Andrist and son Chad Andrist. Also left are his siblings, Linda Nickels, Lori Haradon and brother Kevin Andrist; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jaremy, Eric, and Lisa.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 Friday June 4, 2004 at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Private interment at Fort Senlling National Cemetery at a later date.
