Herbert Goff served in the military and after getting out he married Vivian Glines. They had 3 children: Debbie, Herbert, and Dwayne. Herb died from Lou Gehrig's disease in the VA hospital in Iowa City Iowa. He worked many years for Alcoa in Pleasant Valley Iowa where he also made the town his home.
