Joe I. Bean, 88, of Cheyenne died June 19 at Davis Hospice Center.
He was born Aug. 17, 1920, in Gamaliel, Ark.
Mr. Bean was a truck driver.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He is survived by and was a beloved uncle to his 15 nieces and nephews and numerous great- nieces and nephews and great-great- nieces and nephews.
Mr. Bean was preceded in death by his parents, Richard B. and Martha Bean; four brothers, Roscoe Bean, Bradford Bean, John Bean and Richard Bean; two sisters, Ona Dalton and Ole Bean; and a half-sister, Cuba Morgan.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes with Chaplain Dave Stratton and Rev. Eloise Saltzgaver, Chaplain officiating.
Interment will follow in Beth El Cemetery.
