Cleo Glines was born the son of Willie Robert and Blanche Tilitha Ragan Glines. He married Florene and had 4 children, Joan Marie, Michael, Gary, and Lori. Almost a year later his daughter Lori joined him at the age of 7, then Gary, followed yrs later, and then Michael and Joan. They are all buried together. He lived in Davenport most of his life and raised his family there. He worked for the arsenal at the time of his death. He did move from Davenport to Park View where he and Florene had Lori. He left behind his wife and two grandsons.
