Willie was married 3 times. His first wife Theresa Ferguson died after trying to deliver their 3rd child. None of the children survived childbirth.
His second wife, my grandmother, had 10 children by him. Cleo, Roy, Elmer, Pauline, Colene, Zella, Vivian, Glen, Ray, and Willie ( who died in infancy ).
His wife, Blanche, their sons Cleo, Roy, and Willie preceded him in death.
He then married Mabel Carrie Hartung whom was with him till his death. He is buried along side Mabel. They never had any children.
Willie was born and raised in Warsaw Missouri and died at his home near there in Clinton Missouri. He lived in Davenport Iowa for many years while married to Blanche and worked at Case Company in Bettendorf, and had lived in Mercer Mo. where she was from, he also lived in Florida for many years before moving to Clinton.
