She was residing at 1744 Rail Road Street - #10, Coal Township, Northumberland Co., Pennsylvania, during the 1910 Census. "Hellen" is listed as a daughter, female, 2 years old, and single. She was born in Pennsylvania and both her parents were born in Austria (Polish).

She was residing at 1468 Tioga Street, Coal Township, Northumberland, Pennsylvania, during the 1920 Census. Helen is a daughter, white, 11 years old and single. She is attending school and can read and write. She was born in Pennsylvania and both her parents were born in Galicia-Austria and they speak Ruthenian. She can speak English. There is no occupation listed.

She married Earl Lewis Briggs Sr (5), son of George W. Briggs (4) and Emma Bean (134), on September 27, 1927 at Littleton, Grafton Co., New Hampshire. Listed on marriage certificate:

She died on August 16, 1984 at South Casco, Cumberland Co., Maine, at age 76. Death Certificate No. 8406333 lists Helen K. Briggs.
South Casco, ME - Helen K. Briggs, 76, died Thursday, Aug. 16, at her home. Her husband Earl Briggs died earlier this year. she was born in Shamokin, Penn, the daughter of walter and Anna (Wisloskie) Kozar. Mrs. Briggs lived in Bethlehem and Portland for many years before moving to Casco seven years ago. Surviving members of her family include a son, four daughters, two sisters, three borthers, 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Memorial services were held Tuesday in Murch Cemetery, South Casco.

She was buried on August 18, 1984 at Murch Cemetery, Casco, Cumberland Co., Maine.
