Daughter of Dick and Alida (Stronks) Wieskamp. She graduated from Panama High School in 1933. She had lived in the Beatrice and Sterling areas all of her life. She had worked at the Happy Hour Café, Sterling Produce Stand, Hested's Store, Beatrice State Home, Formfit Rogers, Gage County Courthouse Coffee Shop, and owned the J-O Café, Beatrice. Johanna had been a member of First Presbyterian Church of Beatrice, NE.
She is survived by son, Donald VanEperen wife Glenda of Filley; grandchildren, Cindy Scroggins and husband, Devin of Springdale, AR, Jeff VanEperen and wife, Denise of Holdrege, Curt VanEperen and wife, Dawn of DeWitt, NE; great-grandchildren, Lacey, Kelsey and Kayla Scroggins of Springdale, AR, Tyler VanEperen and fiancé Kaci Jacoby, Travis & Marcus VanEperen all of Holdrege, NE, Daegan, Taryn and Aiden VanEperen all of DeWitt, NE; great-great-granddaughter, Ashlyn VanEperen; sisters-in-law Erna Lottman and Winne Lottman of Beatrice; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dick and Alida Wieskamp; 1st husband Orval VanEperen; 2nd husband Robert Lottman; sisters, Gertie Boerrigter, Minnie Bouwens, Dena Oosting; brothers, Everett and Henry Wieskamp.
