Birth: Feb. 6, 1976
Arizona, USA
Death: Dec. 24, 2003, Iraq

Army Sgt. Biskie was assigned to the 5th Engineer Battalion, 1st Engineer Brigade, based in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Biskie was killed in action while in a vehicle that was struck by an improvised explosive device in Samarra. Benjamin attended Tucson Junior Academy until his junior year, when he moved with his mother to Vermillion, Ohio. He was a 1994 graduate of Vermilion High School and joined the Army right after high school. He was sent to Iraq in April and recently was assigned as an aide to Maj. Christopher Splinter. He loved his family and friends and serving in the United States Army. He was proud of his country, and he fully believed in his mission in Iraq. He was proud to serve there with his brothers and sisters in arms in the Fighting Fifth. He is survived by his wife, Marcie, and 6-year-old son. A memorial service was held at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Benjamin liked doing anything that made life a little less serious. If you met him for five minutes, you knew that you would never forget him.
