Batten Deborah Ann Batten, age 44, a lifelong resident of Starke, Florida passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Shands Hospital in Starke. Deborah was born in Starke, FL on January 18, 1966 to Macil Jeaneall Alldredge and the late Robert Hugh Alldredge. She enjoyed crocheting, working on arts and crafts, and collecting Indians and wolves. Deborah loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hugh Alldredge and her son, Ronnie Carroll.


She is survived by her loving husband of 9 years, Stoney Batten of Starke, FL; her mother, Macil Jeaneall Alldredge; her children, Robyn Gail (Morris P., Sr.) Carter of Starke, FL, Krissi Carroll (Robert) Mitchell of Valdosta, GA, Kimberly Lynn Eaves of Starke, FL, Donna Marie Davis of Macclenny, FL, and Donald Wayne Davis, Jr. of Starke, FL; her brothers, Gary (Sharon) Phillips and Fred Olson both of Valdosta, GA, and Jerry (Machell) Alldredge of Alachua, FL; her sisters, Rhonda Phillips (Mike Crosby) of Valdosta, GA, Bobbie Sue Alldredge (Clayton Sellers) of Starke, FL, and Brenda McLeod of Valdosta, GA; her 7 grandchildren; her 3 nephews and 1 niece; and her best friend, Dawn Register.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Archie Tanner Funeral Services. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 21, 2011 from 1:00-2:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the funeral home to assist with expenses. Arrangements are under the care and direction of ARCHIE TANNER FUNERAL SERVICES Starke, FL. 904-964-5757.
