Michael DiSilvestro, 51, Key Largo, FL, former 30-year Inverness resident, died Aug. 25, 2008, in South Florida. A native of Miami, he was born Aug. 15, 1957, to Salvatore and Joyce DiSilvestro and grew up in Dade County. He moved to Citrus Co., where he owned and operated Air-On 2000 Heating & Air Conditioning. He was of the Catholic Faith and loved fishing, his family, home, and his pets. He also loved to cook and entertain his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Patricia of Key Largo; his daughter, Christina DiPiazza and her husband, Frank, Inverness; a sister, Deborah Ann DiSilvestro, Hialeah, FL; his Father, Salvatore, Inverness; He was preceded in death by his Mother, Joyce, March 24, 2006. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, Aug. 30, at 10:00 AM from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Fr. Charles Leke of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow in Hills of Rest Cemetery, Floral City. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 PM.
