Born in Rockville, Indiana, on November 20, 1888, Albert Glaze was the son of James Richard and Flora Ellen (McCalment) Glaze. On October 12, 1910, he married Mary Alice Altum. They had six sons: Marion Ralph, Cecil James, Max Franklin, Warren Woodrow, Albert Jr., and Raymond Edward. They also had two daughters: Thelma Oliva and Edna Mae. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Alice and his daughter Thelma Oliva. Albert Glaze died on April 10, 1966 in Indianapolis.
