"MRS. PEARL BARTON DIES"
"Mrs. Pearl Williams Barton, wife of Lester Barton, aged 31(sic) years, died at her home on Tuxedo avneue Saturday night at 8 o'clock. She was a native of Hancock county and a resident of Biloxi for the past 12 years. The funeral will be held from the residence of Willie Barton, 919 Keller avenue, at a time to be determined later. Besides her husband she leaves three children, L. C., Ellance(?) and Carl; three sisters, Mrs. J. E. Ryan of Biloxi, Mrs. Alfred Peterson, Long Beach and Mrs. August Moran of Ansley; and two brothers, J. J. Williams, LaFourche, La., and Abe Williams, Ansley, Miss."

"MRS. BARTON'S FUNERAL"
"The funeral of Mrs. Lester Barton who died late Saturday night was held from the Barton residence on Keller avenue yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Services were conducted at the home, Assembly of God church and grave in the Biloxi cemetery by Rev. Wells. The pallbearers were Ed Ryan, John Herrin, W. H. Andrews, Wesley Dunbar, J. D. Wells and Joseph Manuel."
Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Records, Book 20, pg 33: Pearl died at her home on West Back Bay corner Tuxedo Ave. She was the daughter of Henry Williams and Leonora Seals, both of Hancock Co., Ms. Pearl died from "chronic myocarditis".
