Billy Eugene Williard, 52, of Pearl, Mississippi died Friday, January 28, 2011 in Ridgeland.
Billy was born October 24, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas to Ellis Lee Willard, Sr. and Dorothy Evans Willard. He loved to hunt, spend time with his family, and always had a joke for you. Billy most loved making people laugh. Whether he was barking at you or rubbing your head he always let you know he loved you. He was a truck driver.
Billy was preceeded in death by his father, Ellis Lee Willard, Sr. and his sister Maurine Dickerson.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Franklin of Belzoni, MS; his son, Ellis Willard and wife Brandon of Rolling Fork, MS; step-sons Gibb Lovorn of Rolling Fork, MS and Chad Lovorn of Pearl, MS; grandchildren Anna Claire and Ethan Willard; sisters Barbara Willard, Diane Franklin, Charlotte Langley and husband Ted, and Linda Gorman; brothers Ellis Willard, Jr. and wife Vanessa, and Ray Woods; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 10:00 am at Rolling Fork United Methodist Church with Rev. Beth Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Lee Curtis, Wayne Davis, Bryan Franklin, Seth Jones, Mike Mathis and Cody Pierce.
