Naomi Holliday, 66 of Route 4, died at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 1991 at home.
Naomi was a retired clerical worker. She had worked for the Illinois Department of Public Aid.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Loyal Builders Sunday School class at the church.
She was born Oct 19, 1924 in Nashville, IL to James Walter and Dora E. (Carter)Ward.
She married Bob Holliday on March 7, 1943, in Murphysboro. He died on Aug 12, 1974.
Survivors include three sons, Larry Holliday of St. Louis, Jim Holliday of Fort Gordon, GA and Bob Holliday of Lake Forest; two brothers, leslie Ward and Lavern "Soggy" Ward, both of Murphysboro; two sisters, Nadeen Gillooly and Chresta Lockard, both of Murphysboro; one brother-in-law, Charles Holliday of Murphysboro; and seven grandchildren.
