He was a student, studying Sports Management at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia. He was a member of Mount Zion First African Baptist Church in Charlottesville, Virginia.

He is survived by his loving parents, Chaplain Lieutenant Colonel Stephone F. Coleman Sr. and Minister Velvet Holmes; a loving sister, Stephany Coleman; a loving and caring grandmother, Inez Holmes Pridgen of Hustle; and a loving grandfather Harry Streets, of Colonial Beach.

A viewing was held Friday March 23, 2012, at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Hustle, Virginia, with a memorial service officiated by the Reverend Charles Johnson.

A viewing was also held Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Mount Zion First African Baptist Church, 105 Langford Avenue, Charlottesville, Virginia.

The funeral service was held Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Mount Zion First African Baptist Church, with Pastor Dr. Alvin Edwards officiating.

Interment was held Saturday, March 24, 2012, at the Mount Olive Baptist Church in Hustle, Virginia. Services of comfort are entrusted to Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Boulevard, Tappahannock, Virginia.
