Cassandra, with little doubt, was the daughter of Humphrey and Margaret Burnell (TAG, 71:4:196), and born circa 1601, Old Swinford parish, co. Worcester, England.
She married on 25 Jan 1623 at St. Mary's Church, Kingswinford parish, co. Stafford, England to Lawrence Southwick.
Immigration: abt. 1638.
They were the parents of seven children.
Cassandra died, in 1660, the same year her husband passed, on Shelter Island, New Netherlands (later NY); where she and her husband had sought refuge because of their persecutions for their Quaker beliefs. She would have been approximately 62 years old. The youngest child at that time about nineteen years old.
