Bert Cites of Wanatah Dies At Age of 70
Bert Cites, 70, well known farmer, died Tuesday at 8:30pm at his home in Wanatah, following an illness of a year & a half.
He was born in Clinton township, LaPorte county, on January 18, 1872, a son of George & Martha Cites. He married Belle King on January 26, 1899.
Surviving include the widow, one son, Otto of Detroit, two brothers, E.G. Cites of Wanatah, & (Clate??) Cites of Wellsboro, a sister, Mrs. Belle Bramer of Wanatah, a granddaughter, two brothers, Ernest & Dick proceded him in death during the past year. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
