Graveside rites will be held here for Ronald M Vallez, 23, who died June 22 in Barstow. An 18-year resident of Barstow, he graduated Barstow High School. He was a native of Albuquerque NM. Vallez was employed as an installer for California Interstate Telephone Company in Barstow. He resided at 720 Arville.
Survivors include the widow, Diana Huff Vallez, and one son, Ronald M Vallez, Jr both of Barstow; his parents, Mr and Mrs Pete Vallez of Barstow; one brother, Randy Vallez of Barstow; five sisters, Mrs Sandy Patty of Washington, Mrs Patricia Arroyo of Barstow, Kathleen, Yolanda and Rose Ann Vallez all of Barstow.
Rosary will be recited for him tonight at 8 pm in O'Donnell's Funeral Home. Graveside rites will be conducted at 10 am tomorrow, Wednesday in Mt View Cemetery, Barstow with the Rev Patrick Fox of St Joseph's Catholic Church officiating.
