Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Oddfellow Cemetery, Moweaqua. Memorials: First Christian Church of Moweaqua.
Mr. Younker was born July 31, 1907, in Windsor, the son of Richard and Flora Henderson Younker. He was a retired farmer and a member of First Christian Church of Moweaqua. He married Vera Mae O'Kelley in Cowden on Oct. 6, 1926. She preceded him in death Nov. 18, 1993.
Surviving are his sons, Leon Younker of Decatur; Ralph Younker and Marlene of Warrensburg; daughters, Mrs. Ed (Betty) Smiley of Bloomington; Mrs. Don (Louise) Boyer of Moweaqua; Mrs. Steve (Pamela) Shewmaker of Moweaqua; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Younker of Moweaqua; six grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents, wife, son, Robert, daughter, Lois and brother, Glen.
