Ramie was a 2009 graduate of Marion High School. She was a junior at Wheaton College, majoring in pre-med. She was busy about seeking the Lord. During her days at Marion High School, she was active in Youth for Christ, played soccer, basketball and tennis. She also had played various PAL club sports and was the recipient of numerous scholarships. She attended God's House Ministries, where she was active in the Children's Ministry Department.
