Sadie was born August 24, 1933 in McKinney, Texas. She was the former owner of Old Fashioned Texas BBQ Restaurant and was a Baptist by faith. Sadie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, her nurturing and loving spirit will be dearly missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Foster; her parents, and one son, Rick Young.
Survivors include one son, Chris Young of Atlanta, Texas; three daughters, Melissa Darroch and husband Damon of Junction City, Kansas, Becky Cottingame of McKinney, Texas, Angela Foster and fiancé Malcom Dickey of Round Rock, Texas. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at Hanner Funeral Service Chapel.
Interment will be in Queen City Cemetery under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
