Funeral services for Carlos Eldon Ballard, age 55, of Baxter, will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Presley Funeral Home with burial in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Bro. John Pippin will officiate at the services.
The family will receive friends on Monday December 22, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and on Tuesday December 23, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. until time of the services.
Mr. Ballard passed away on Friday December 19, 2014 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born on July 23, 1959 in Putnam County, TN to the late Carlos Jack Ballard and Pauline Anderson Ballard of Baxter, TN.
He was a machinist at Flowserve and a member of the Baxter Church of Christ.
Survivors include: His wife, Sandy Curtis Ballard of Baxter, TN; (3) Daughters & Sons-in-law, Becky Ann and Bratch Hyder of Crossville, TN, Angela Kay and Clay Chase of Bowling Green, KY, Amanda Faye and Kenny Gragg of Winchester, TN; Grandchildren: Shelby Brook Lee of Baxter, TN, Ariel Volcanna Hyder , Jack Alexander Hyder of Crossville, TN, Gavin Tyler Gragg, Elesie Rose Gragg of Winchester, TN, and Anna Marie Chase of Glasgow, KY; Aunts: Marie Martin of Gainesboro, TN, Ruby Anderson of Cookeville, TN, and Emma Anderson of California. Niece: Tiffany Ann Curtis; Nephew: Randall Curtis.
Pallbearers will be; Mike Palmer, Andy Martin, Ernest Hargis, Robert Anderson, David Anderson, Seth Drouillard, Jack Whitehead, and Thomas Whitehead.
