Harley was born to Rall "Pete" Miller Conn, & Hazel Anna (Manganello) Conn.

He died Tuesday April 28, 1992 at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital, Centerville, Iowa.

He worked 20 years at International Harvester Co., Farmall Works, Rock Island, and at Dusablon Trucking.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rall "Pete" Miller Conn, December 1978.

Survivors are his wife Joan; children, Edna "Edie" Powers, Rusty Louis Ruby all of Iowa, James Edward Ruby of IL, his Mother Hazel Conn, eight grandchildren, a sister, Hazel Cowan of Mo. & brothers, Pete & Edward Conn of Centerville
