Minden, LA. Services for Mike Carter, nine years old son , of Minden, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday November 16 at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden. The Rev. Leslie Hunter and the Rev. Cleburne Quaid will officiate. Burial will be in Tulip Cemetery near Crossroads, LA.
Michael was born October 3, 1976 and died Thursday November 14, 1985 at LS.U. Medical Center. He was a third grade student at Stewart Elementary School in Minden and attended Crossroads Methodist Church in Marsalis, LA.
He his survived by his mother, Pat Carter, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Carter of Marsalis, LA. and his great-grandmother Bessie Boyer of Homer, LA. and one aunt Mrs. Shirley Woodward of Arcadia, LA.
Pallbearers will be Gary English, Randall Carter, Terry Nicholson, and Danny Nicholson.
