Also I would bring to light that his service records all state that he was born in Randall County, Texas and one says Canyon, which is in Randall County. I'm not sure where the conflict in all this information is coming from, but it does seem that his obituary is in disagreement with is documents.

Survivors include his wife, Nadyeen Burris; two sons, Greg Burris and Rockford Burris; and a daughter, Sharon Lieb.
Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Elida Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Elida Cemetery.
