Co. A, 11th US Colored Troops Infantry (Old).- Enlisted; at the age of 24 on Oct. 30, 1863. Died from compound fracture of the left leg.

The 11th US Colored Troops Infantry (Old) was organized at Fort Smith, Ark., December 19, 1863, to March 3, 1864. It was consolidated with the 112th US Colored Troops Infantry and the 113th US Colored Troops Infantry to form the 113th U.S. Colored Troops Infantry (New) on April 22, 1865.
