Surviving are his wife Lolita of the home; two sons, Charles Wade, Montier, MO and Allen Wade, Modesto, CA; seven daughters, Glenda Laird, Garden Valley, CA, Kathryn Evans, Tacoma, WA, Louise Trippe, Birch Tre, Pauline Greathouse, Montire and Jennifer Rosa, Birch Tree; three brothers, Oscar Wade, Golden, MO and Charles and Jim Wade of Michigan; six sisters, Olive Faulkner, Birch Tree, Charleno Helfrich, Taylor, MI, Malisse Mitchell, Mountain View, and Frances McBride, Sikeston, MO; 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funral services were held December 5, 1995 at the Duncan Funeral Chapel in Mountain View, MO with Reverend Otto Foust Officiating.
