Madison – Mrs. John (Lottie) Corcoran, age 84, or [sic] 2928 Barlow Street, died on Sunday, October 28, 1984, at a local nursing home. She was born on July 16, 1900, to Lars and Olina Haakenstad in Cambridge, Wisconsin. She married John Corornan [sic] on August 7, 1919; he preceded her in death on January 9, 1942. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. John (June) Meyer of Madison, Mrs. Robert (Bessie) Olsen of Verona, Mrs. Harry (Doris) Ringstad of Mazomanie and Mrs. Eldan (Hazel) Leonard of Baraboo; four sons, Jack and James Corcoran of Madison, Donald (Marian) Corcoran of Madison and Harold (Colleen) Corcoran of Verona; 18 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Joyce Funeral Home, 5701 Odana Road, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 1. Rev. A. L. Braunschweig will be officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31, at the funeral home.
