Mast, Jacob K., son of David and Elizabeth (Stoltzfus) Mast, was born Nov. 21, 1902; died of a coronary infraction, Jan. 2, 1970; aged 67 y. 1 m. 12 d. On Jan. 6, 1927, he was married to Ada Stoltzfus, who survives. Also surviving are 8 children (Milford S., Oliver S., Paul D., Wesley S., Miriam-Mrs. Allen Weaver, Virginia-Mrs. Truman Hertzler, Rhoda-Mrs. Ed Longenecker, and Mae-Mrs. George Stoltzfus), 2 brothers (John M. and Aquila D.), and 3 sisters (Rebecca-Mrs. Isaac S. King, Sara-Mrs. Elam King, and his twin Nancy-Mrs. Wayne S. Martin). He was preceded in death by stillborn twin sons, one daughter, and one son. He was a member of the Conestoga Church, where funeral services were held Jan. 6, with Ira Kurtz and Harvey Z. Stoltzfus officiating; interment in the Pine Grove Cemetery, with Millard Shoup officiating.
