Clifton H. Zimmerman,79, East End Towers, Wilkes-Barre, died Sunday April 12, 1987 in the Nesbitt Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan 8, 1908 in Berwick, he was the son of the late Ray and Anna Zimmerman. He had been a resident of Wilkes-Barre for the past five years and previously resided in Kingston for 30 years. Prior to retiring 17 years ago, he was employed as a heavy equipment operator by Pagnotti Enterprises.
He was a member of the Dorranceton United Methodist Church, Kingston.
Surviving is his wife, the former Zora Smith.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Karl E. Bright Funeral Home, 392 Wyoming Ave., Kingston, with the Rev W. Charles Naugle, officiating.
Interment will be in the Benton Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to p.m
