Beloved grandfather and great-grandfather. Leroy married Lena Belle Rhea July 10, 1944. Their only child, Sherry Lee Runkle Popp, was born December 21, 1946. Known as "Grandpa Jelly Belly" to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren he was the best grandfather and great-grandfather anyone could ever hope to have. My children absolutely adored him and he adored them. After he retired he had an ongoing hobby of trying to keep the squirrels out of his bird feeders.
I will love you forever Papa Jelly Belly!!
