A beloved son, an unknown brother
The secret heartbreak of a dear, sweet mother.
Too soon a baby angel in Heaven above,
Forever united by a family's love.
Together again, I hope you both are.
A journey taken down through the years
The road, I am sure, stained with her tears.
The bright promise of a birth years ago.
The memory of a tiny hand held must have set her heart all aglow.
Never too far from her mind,
I now carry on your memory in kind.
For the brother, I never knew.
