Preceded in death by: first husband, John M. Cook, Jr.; husband, Claude Bivens; sisters, Ola Johnston and Mary Blank; brothers, Bob, Vic, Carl and Coy Price; granddaughter, Elaine Cook.
Survived by: her daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Gene Keeble of Lenoir City; son and daughter-in-law, John (Bud) and Berlin Cook of Knoxville; grandchildren and spouses, Tim and Crystal Keeble of Lenoir City, Lisa and Ron Taylor of Madisonville, Mitch and Cindy Cook of Lenoir City; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sister, Edith Spitzer of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews.
